We've been so busy it seems that it's hard to get done what we want to get done. Now we are dealing with the blazing heat so our horsey times are restricted to late evening. Maverick and Shawnee are doing great. They enjoy each others company. Fancy is getting better all the time. Jim can throw a rope on her back and has even touched her rump. She comes to the fence to receive her hay and doesn't dart back any longer when I feed her. I think we're getting real close to getting a rope back on her. I can't wait to free her from her small pen and watch her run and play with the others.

Glad to hear you are making progress with Fancy. Arent they just wonderful animals. As always I miss my little one but I am so happy she is doing well. And she does look a tad bit pudgy... Was out riding Cheyenne today and was just wondering how Shawnee was doing.. Sharri
She is pleasingly plump. We have been so busy and it's been so hot during the day that the girls haven't ridden her in a few weeks. We are hoping to ride today. The temps are supposed to stay in the low 90s. Coastal weather for the Central Valley in July.
